Replacement Guarantee & Terms

Every placement is supported by our replacement guarantee, giving you total confidence in the hiring process.
If a candidate leaves within the guarantee window, we’ll provide a suitable replacement according to agreed terms.

Payment Policy:

Invoices: Due within 14 days of issue
Refunds & Credits: Managed per placement agreement
Payment Timing: Clear schedules outlined before engagement
